Supply, installation & commissioning of 33 KV indoor type Non-Extensible floor mounted Gas insulated switch gear with internal copper busbars consisting of with 2 Nos motorised vacuum circuit breaker with additional 1 Nos.fixed type side entry air insulated cable module with VPIS . All live parts busbars VCBs connections. -ON/OFF offload switch earth switch of feeder should be enclosed in one tank sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Garde 304 of minimum 2mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF-6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakerdown. The Gas insulated switchgear should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal kits suitable for 1Cx300sqmm cable. VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for VCB, OFF load switch & Earth switch, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-1,100,200. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, indoor type ring main unit floor mounted with internal copper busbar consisting of 02 nos fixed type motor operated VCB module as incomer, 5 nos fixed type Motor operated VCB module a Outgoings with metering module of the bus ( 2 incoming, 5 outgoing 1 bus metering). SF-6 insulated motorizes ,indoor, rightside extensivle RMU, type tested in line with leasted IEC stranded The switchgear and busbar shall all be contained in a stainless steel enclosure filled with SF-6 at 0.3 bar (300hPa) relative pressure. The RMU tank shall provide full insulation, making the switchgear incenitive to the environment with safety valve, at the bottom of the metal enclosure, away from the operator. An operator situated in the front, lateral (A-FL 21 kA-1 sec, downwards exhaust, for tank as well as cable compartment) of the RMU switchboard type of extensibility must be provided and coupling busbar should not be exposed to air to aviod oxidation busbars. Extension of cubical should only require 450mm to handle and the gap between the coupled RMU must be within 10mm. All opertations shall be from front of the RMU, including access to cable bushings. Cable bushing along the side are the rear of the RMU are not acceptable. Supply & laying and testing for XLPE insulated, screen PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( heavy duty) with standed aluminium conductor , 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 150 sqmm , laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix for XLPE insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 11000 volts grade, heavy duty, cross sectional area185 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete, all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and acessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq.mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular poles swaged type complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410-SP-55 (11 Mtr long). Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in coping, benching and similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, and for laying of cable or pipes etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Srl item No. 13 here in before but depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts, bolt, washers etc. connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR, including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil, comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.
