Part I Repairs/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door simplex, collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damage parts such as bearings bushes all type of shoes headers, hangers, car door, door locks, control cards, connector/links, welding of crack/broken MS parts, Repairs/maintenance of unserviceable damage of door safety edge and or sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill necessary wiring hall push button assembly,Landing Operating Panel of any Size and capacity including all connected Accessories, complete with illuminated push button & direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for luminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good distrubed surface with masnary work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement or safe operation of lifts minor repair to cabin, cabin light, fan etc ensure safety and smooth functioning of lift and disconnecting and repairs/maintenance of unserviceable/worn out parts such as warm wheel, warm shaft bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhauling, cleaning alignment of gear box assembly and after Repairs/replacement of wornout parts re-assembley and fixing with existing machine with proper alignment complete maintanance of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following lifts :- Note : - Two mechanics shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift and to carry-out rescue operation.

8 Ps (544 Kg) capacity in bldg(G+14) R- 6,R-8, R-14, R-23, R-24, R-26 (Total 06 Nos lift).

13 Ps lifts (884 Kgs ) capacity in bldg(G+14) R- 8, R-18, R-19,R-29, R-31, Mesh (Total 06 Nos lift).

Goods Lift 29 Ps ( 2000 Kgs) capacity in Bldg ( G+14) R- 4, R-5, R-6, R-07, R-12, R-13, R-14,R-15, R-23, R-24, R-26, R-27( Total 12 Nos lift)

Part II Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly, Supply and fix new Panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position, alarm, non stop door open, door close, cabin fan, cabin light stop, attend out key etc with direction indicator with LED display with CPI card of stainless steel face plate in and including necessary wiring for illuminating push button complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for G+14 Storey buildings,Lifts.

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old main steel wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin & providing new main steel wire rope 13mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley & car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts & washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable Governer rope of size 8 mm dia(8/19 Construction) ungalvanised including necessery connection with pully in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamps, nuts bolts, and washers etc, for high rise building for 8/13/Goods lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin, supply and fix, new cabin fan, non-oscilating type, axial flow, single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI marked with grill complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fix new travelling cable PVC Insulated 16 Core with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including criping with lugs appropriate thimples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable safety edge of any type & supply and fixing new full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors (2.00 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of automatic door drive unit with motor on car top with VVVF of 1 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing CAN BAS integrated drive suitable for 8/13 Ps lift G+14 storey building complete with all electric connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable old landing push button box along with illuminated call button with control wiring and supply & fix landing push button box complete with stainless steel face plate 1.5mm thick having 02 push button and combined digital position indicator with arrow indicator complete including cutting walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed wall surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and supply and fix hooter with emergency call announciator working on 12 Volts with audibility 90DB @ 1M distance with complete accessories like push button switches,alongwith box including connecting cables all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge,

Taking out old U/S granite and Material and labour granite (of any type) stone 18 mm thick machine cut, fixed with appropriate adhesive/glue and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including necessary grinding and polishing grooving and rounding edges etc in any type of work and any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Breaking, chipping, cleaning of the existing surface of lift pits and repair to concrete cracks after opening in V groove and filling with PMM (1:3) admixed with Shalicrete. Injection grouting to be done at 30 cm c/c with cement slurry admixed ShaliGrout IP @ 1kg per 50kg bag of cement (STP Ltd or eqnt). Application of primer & 2 coats of ShaliCem-EWP as per methodology and as per manufacture instruction and making the lift well completely seepage and dampness free complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable ARD and repair of ARD for proper operation including necessery wiring with machine and controller consisting of the following :-

Replacement of PCB Card, relay with control wiring for G+14 storey building.

Replacement of sealed maintenance free batteries ( Set of Four) each of 12 volts, 18 AH ( Five year maintenance free)

Taking down old unserviceable chequered plate and supply and fix Aluminimum chequered plate of 5mm thick duly fixed with nuts, bolts, washers,screws and covers with aluminimum angles section of size ( 40x40x4 mm thick) on corner of cabin in and including platform base of 10mm thick plywood of 08/13 Ps lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable OSG Pully from the position and supply and fix New OSG Pully both top and bottom for 8 & 13 Ps Lift as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable False ceiling and supply and fix new false ceiling made out of stainless steel hair line finish 1.2mm thick and fixed with necessery nuts, bolts washers etc including making provisions & Supply and fixing of cabin fan and six watt LED fittings for 08/13 Ps lifts of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable False ceiling and supply and fix new false ceiling made out of stainless steel hair line finish 1.2mm thick and fixed with necessery nuts, bolts washers etc including making provisions & Supply and fixing of cabin fan and six watt LED fittings for Goods lifts of any make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old UNSV Announcement system and supply and install, testing and commissioning of MP3 voice announcement system in the controller and high quality speaker on car top, with necessery provision of shaft wires and travelling cable complete as specified. The audio indicator shall announce floor position, ARD made operation, overload announcement etc and continous mild music in hindi and can be programmable for more music. The announcement system shall be in hindi and english complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old/unserviceable shaft wiring, supply and fixing of shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit with PVC insulated copper conductor cable single core, 1100 Volts grade 0.75 Sqmm 24 Nos single core & 1.0 Sqmm for earth wire duly bunched with wire binding locking strip, drawing through in and including galvanished sheet metal trucking of 24 SWG up to ground floor in hoist for control to all function including in built connection for control panel, PCB, Hall push button, fire switch and lower limit switch all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. for G+14 Storey building.

Dismatling and taking out unserviceable old control panel and control wiring and supply and fix new CAN BAS Integrated Drive based collectice control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet with control wiring comprising with multiple microcontrolled programmed chip based controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safties such as thermal overload protection, over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work and compitable to 11 KW/15HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trunking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of stranded copper cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location :- R-6 (08 PS), R-23 (08 ps) and R-26 08 Ps). G+14 story.

Disconnecting and taking out defective dynamic breaking resistence from controller and supply and fixing new aluminium covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorb the reverse energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for 11.0KW/15HP motor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of unserviceable ARD control system and commissioning and testing of new ARD system suitable for upto 11 KW motor including wiring with connected items in existing G+14 Storey building 08/13 Passenger lifts 415V,50 Hz,3 phase with a speed of 1.2 mtr/sec comprising with maintenance free battery 12 V, 18 AH (04 Nos five year Maintenance free battery, to match with the existing capacity motor and controller system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old/unserciceable Car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated auto tele/centre opening for 800/900 mm opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with headers for 08 ps lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location- R- 6,R-8, R-14, R-23, and R-24 bldg

Taking out old/unserciceable Car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated auto tele/side opening for 900/1000 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with headers for 13 Ps lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location- R-19 (13Ps) bldg

Taking out old/unserciceable Car door from car cabin and supply and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated auto tele/side opening for 1100/1200 mm openign by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 1.2 mm thick sheet, flush type complete with headers for Goods lift all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location-Goods lift of R-23, R-24 and R-26 bldg

Part - III Manual operation of electrically operated lifts (6Ps,8 Ps & 13Ps) per Bldg, of any make and capacity daily 08 hrs in one shifts from 0600hrs to 1400hrs, including cleaning, taking care of entire lift installation from any pilferage, theft or damage etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for R-4,R-5,R-7,R-9,R-10,R-11,R-15,R-16,R-17,R-21, R-22, R-25, Makar, Kumbha, F-5, F-6, R-30, R-35, CWE Office and RIS bldg ( Total 20 Nos Building) for lift attendent (11 Months)(1x20x11= 220 )

Note:- (i) Passes will be processed alongwith (after verification of antecedence of deployed employees and verified experience certificate only. Pass shall not be granted without submission of proof of well qualified lift operators & experience certificate. In case of OEM, the qualification mentioned in note is not applicable which shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of pass) (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) Lift operator (semi skilled) shall be available with lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected.(v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (v) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell.

(vi) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece VAT as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (viii) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (x) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xi) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of work mentioned in BOQ item No 28.00 (i.e) Rs 61,24,800.00, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost mentioned in BOQ item No 28.00 (i.e) Rs 61,24,800.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working
