RequiredValid Enlistment Order of the Contractor in CPWD (Applicable for CPWD contractor only).
RequiredTreasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or Bankers Cheque /Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD.
RequiredReceipt for deposition of original EMD/ declaration in lieu of submitting Earnest Money Deposit.
RequiredValid Certificates of Work Experience. (Not more than three completed works). If contractor uploads more than 3 completion certificates of work experience, then the NIT inviting authority may choose / consider only 3 completion certificates of work experience out of all as per his wisdom. If these considered certificates do not fulfil the eligible criteria, then the bid of contractor shall be rejected without any claim and further consideration.
RequiredDetails of eligible similar nature of completed works in FORM C
RequiredAn affidavit shall be uploaded mentioning that if I become L-1 bidder then I will associate with each OEM/OEM authorised service provider to execute the work
RequiredGST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder.
RequiredIf the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following under taking along with bid documents.
RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account of the work executed and/or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard

RequiredAffidavit as per clause 1.2.2 of CPWD 6 I/We undertake and confirm that eligible similar works(s) has/have not been got executed through another contractor on back-to-back basis. Further that, if such a violation comes to the notice of Department, then I/we shall be debarred for bidding in CPWD in future forever. Also, if such a violation comes to the notice of Department before date of start of work, the Engineer-in-Charge shall be free to forfeit the entire amount of Earnest Money Deposit/Perf
