SITE CLEARENCE AND DEVELOPMENT Taking down LT UG cable of Size up to 50 Sq mm and Relaying the same complete Rate include necessary earth work for taking up LT UG Cable n Exc 1.0 Mtrs below the ground lavel and relating the same in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S & F Flame proof exhaust fan 12" 1440 RPM, IP 66, complete with louvers made out of dynamically balanced hub of Aluminum alloy LM-6 having air discharge capacity of 1250 CFM coupled with flameproof motor of 0.25 HP single phase, including making hole in existing walls and making good the disturbed surface & match existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Flame proof sheet metal enclosure for double door IP 66 MCB DBs, phosphatised, powder coated, Triple Pole & Neutral (TPN) 63 , 4 pole MCB as incomer and 6 Amp SP MCB - 02 Nos as ougoing connection, 415 volts, IP 43 & IK 09 with metal door fixed on wall with din rail, neutral and earth bar, in proper position all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge( rate of MCB TPN & SPN shall be included in the quoted rates. )

Supply and fix Junction box dia 100 x 65 H, 4 way ( For light fitting , Switch box /DB's ) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing of Equipment complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 3.15 mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to existing earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement ) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe ( light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect,including Copper earth strip 20 x 3.15 mm , 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Earth result after installation completely should be less than 5 Ohm.

Supply and fix metalic hose pipe 20 MM dia from junction box to fitting / Switch to junction box/ DB to conduit complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD/HARDSTANDING Supply and mix construction fibre recon 3s or equivlent in PQC @1kg/cum complete all as specified and directed .

LIGHTING PROTECTION Supply and fixing porcelain vitreous white/brown/green spacers insulator of size 75mmx35mmx40mm height complete with one number galvanized iron stud bolts 6mm dia x 40mm long including nut & washers and two number galvanized iron fixing bolts of size 6mm dia and 50 mm long including washers and drilling holes for holding /foxomg aluminium strip/roof conductor as required including taking down the broken insulator complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
