Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and levels, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) Private land

(A) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 2) WBM Grading 2 Using Stone Screening TypeB 11.2mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical specification Clause 405. 3) WBM Grading 3 Using Stone Screening Type B 11.2mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical specification Clause 405. (i) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base WBM/WMM including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

TRAK COAT (i) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion sqm 11.00 (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet Using Bitumen (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C CASE 1 MANUAL MEANS (i) BETUMEN (S-90)
