Note : (i) The cost of material and labour for super enamelled copper winding wire high grade material class'B' varnish included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Ball bearing,shaft,gun metal bush if replaced included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) The T & P / Vehicle will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to carry the fan motor for repairing the motor to local market and back and cost f the same is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iv) If Fan motor is completely burnt,cage structure is rusted corroded not able to use it again after repair shall be replaced with new fan motor & shall be measured and paid separetely under mentioned below item.

REPAIR TO DEEP FREEZER Material & labour for removing the existing old aluminium sheet of deep freezer of any capacity,removing the existing condenser tube and cleaning the surface with CTC solution and fitting of new copper tube of suitable size including PUF insulation and covering with new aluminium sheet and making the surface as original one complete all as directed. Note : (i) Cost of PUF insulation & aluminium sheet if required are included in this item nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Copper tube and gas charging shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item. (iii) Cost of any fittings/accessories shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent sch item.

REPAIR TO AIR CONDITIONERS Taking down unserviceable compressor 1.5TR capacity from the window /split AC of any make and Supply & fixing new compressor 1.5 Ton capacity including bushes, grommets, sleeves , washers , mounting rubbers , nuts , bolts , terminal covers , brazing and clips from existing AC complete all as specified and directed. Make : Emerson/LG/Godrej/Tecumseh/kirlosar.

-Ditto all item as per Ser No 6.00 above but Cleaning of complete existing gas system with CTC, testing of leakage, charging of refrigerant with R-32, R-22,R407,R-290 ( as Per Site reqirement) after rectification of leakage in existing window type/Split type Air Conditioners of 1.5 TR capacities of make and model as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 metre below normal ground level connecting to galvanized earth lead of size 32x6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and GI washers etc. earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 30 cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade including earth chamber of using sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:4, 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 and angle iron frame 40x40x6mm and MS plate cover 6mm thick with locking arrangement all as shown on drg. Earthing strip shall be protected by 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe upto a distance not exc 3m from top of earthing pit . The earth strip shall be tested after carefully completion as per IS specifications and as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Pouring Calcium hypochlorite garnules (65% to 70 %) calcium based disinfection chemical (must contain corrosion inhibitor & anti scaling agent and possess self life of chemical to minimum of one year with minimal loss of chlorine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Test certificate of each lot shall be submitted by the contractor to AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer.
