Part A - NH1A KM 55th to Surara, Package No. JK07-WB01, Length=8.500Km, Block-Ghagwal, District- Kathua Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (sizerange 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specificationincluding premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixplant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts,laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen ofgrade – VG-30, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumenwith mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On BT @ 0.50Kg/sqm.

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8cum and 0.90 cum of stonechippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 size respectively, per 100 sqm and52kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mmand 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight runbitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).With paving Asphalt grade VG-30 with no solvent.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kgof bitumen of grade VG-30 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface includingrolling and finishing with road all complete

Supplying and laying including digging,carrying by lorry,filling river bed material including watering and consolidation in layers to specified lines,camber,grades and cross-sections.Finished work including material,labour all leads,lifts and carraige of material by MT/HL (for berm filling)

Part B T01-T02 KM 38th to Jakhole Package No. JK07-280, Length=13.050Km, Block- Barnoti, District- Kathua: Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed ,within a lead of 50m for all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with.1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with.1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement Concrete flooring with.1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with the floating coat of neat cement incld. cement slurry and curing but excld. cost of nosing of steps (50mm thick with 20mm nomial size stone aggregates)

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete at window sills, ceiling level and the like: 7.2.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) .
