SHIFTING OF AIR CONDITIONING MACHINES OF WARD 09, 10 AND 11 INNEWLY CONSTRUCTED ROOMS ADJACENT TO RESPECTIVE WARDSALONG WITH ALLIED WORKS AT GOVT. SMGS HOSPITAL JAMMU.

Removing refrigerant from existing units thereby disconnecting the Units, existing Piping, existing ducting, electrical wiring,drainage system of machines, dismantling of existing ducting connections and then shifting of machines in place/position to newly constructed roomsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge and site requirement.

Repair to package machines wherever required during shifting including cleaning to coils, repair to machine panel including damaged wiring, repair to refrigerant piping of machines including HT HP side and LT LP side etc.

Installation of existing Units in Plant room with resisto flex Sheet /damping absorbentpad (water resistant) under unitsas per direction of Engineer-in-charge and site requirement

Re-Installation of old electrical panels after necessary repairs along with cabling, heaters, wiring, AVR in new plant rooms after dismantling from the old plant room along with supply and installation of new cables and wires of assorted sizes, if required, as per site requirementand direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Re-Installation of old refrigerant piping for existing unitsalong with allied works like supply and installation of new Cu refrigerant pipes of assorted sizes and etc, if required, as per site requirementand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The job further includes pressure testing for atleast 24 hours by using nitrogen, then vacuumising before filling the refrigerant.

Re-designing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Supply duct with branches and return air duct by way of extension from old ductto new plant rooms and modification of existing duct system for proper flow and return to ward and side corridors along with allied workslike thermal insulation, insulation with 25mm heavy density nitrile rubber covered with glass cloth and star bond, Duct lining with open cell nitrile rubber (25 mm) as per site requirementetc. as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 22 G

Extension of duct collars and fitting of grills/diffuser to existing duct and new supply/return ductingas per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

DSITC of new plenum chamber for each ward HVAC machines arrangement along with allied workslike thermal insulation, insulation with heavy density nitrile rubber covered with glass cloth and star bond, Duct lining with open cell nitrile rubber etc. as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

DSITC of canvass duct between package HVAC machines supply outlet and plenum chamber inlets along with allied works as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

DSITC of control dampers in positionalong with allied works as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing/Supplying the refrigerant gasand Refrigerant Gas charging as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Commissioning of the unitsincluding proper drainage laying using PVC pipes, joints, bends & bypass valve system and repairs to units as per site requirementandas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

All sort of civil works required for connecting of ducts with machines, existing ducts, modification of ducts, dismantling and refixing of existing false ceilings and repairs thereafter as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
