Cleaning & grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of trees cutting earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to the used or auctioned upto a lead 1000mtrs including removal & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P and all arrengements required for the work etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Dismantling and Removing Brick/Stone Masonry in cement/lime mortar under /above 3mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing & disposing the debris etc. within 50mtr lead including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Earthwork Excavation in Foundation trenches in all kinds of soils with dressing and leveling the bed and sides Suitable to the drawing and design and depositing the excavated soil within initial lead of 50 mtr. and initial lift of 1.5 mtr Including cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Rolling and compacting to subgrade or formation loosening by cutting ordinary earth for 0.15 Mtr. depth including watering and rolling by PRR as per specification and direction of Engineer-in Charge

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-IV material as per table 400-2, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Filling in Foundation and Plinth with sand well watered and rammed, laid in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness suitable to drawing and design compacted to required depth etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.

Cement Concrete work of proportion (1:4:8) in bed of foundation / basement of floor etc. using 40mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry laidd in layers not exceeding 150mm thick compacted to required depth suitable to drawing and design for the site with watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

R.C.C. work of (1:1.5:3) M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips (20mm size chips should not be used more than 25%) including hoisting and laying, including cost of all materials and of all labours with T&P as required for the work etc. Complete (In Foundation Base & Plinth including cost of Centering & Shuttering excluding steel).

Supplying and fixing of Thermo Cool material in Expansion and Contraction Joint, including cost of all materials and labours with T&P as required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
