Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value(Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-)soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid.

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

The Tenderer shall scan Original Workdone certifcates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specifed by the employer and attach the scanned fle to the Bid. The Original ocuments shall be roduced for physical verifcation within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26

The bidder has to quote the rate excluding GST, GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately

Turnover certifcate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents

Bidder has to provide demo of all items & provide all original documents for verification. Date will be informed.

Past Experience

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25, satisfactory completed, at least one similar installation of C.C camera work of value not less than Rs. 7.92 Lakhs in any of the Government/ Public Sector Undertaking.
