Providing and laying Anti-skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete white cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading. Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cementmortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : (As per CSR-2020 item No.14.84)
