(Notes: 1. M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level ) with the top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers, earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part -I , including testing on completion all as specified and directed by EIC. M&L Chemical earthing (Compound Based earthing) having advance encapsulated compound based, CPRI tested , maintenance free , pipe in -pipe technology upgraded ( Zinc and alloy coated - Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250 microns) having the following features/characteristics and compliance. (Make : ASHLOK, MODEL-ASEEL-39- ZC & AC (76.3 mm Dia), 3 M LENGTH with back fill compound ELECTRODITE/ ABB or its equivalent specifications in other make as specified and directed) :- (a) Earthing system shall be confirming to IS :3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9 mm dia, 3 metre length, Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300 mm on the top side for additional protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes filled up with compact fill (CF) of crystalline conductive compound) . (b) The compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipes corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. (c ) The job includes digging the pit to a depth not less than 3 metre and refilling the same by Electrodite. (d) Back fill compound(Ground Enhancer) :The BFC should be eco-friendly. It should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab . (e) The Earth pit should be provided with FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. (f) In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be filled in the excavated pit by mixing the same with BFC 2 or 4 bags extra per pit/unit. (g) The earthing values obtained shall be less than 1 ohm. (h) The manufacturer shall provide minimum 05 years warranty on each earth pit in terms of ohmic value. (j) Extra BFC bag will be measured and paid separately (j) The excavation, removing excavated material shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of 11KV outdoor type Polymer based Gang Operated Air Break (GOAB) switch, triple pole, suitable for vertical mounting complete with expulsion fuses, operating rod of GI pipe of suitable dia. and length as operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in both OFF and ON positions, for current rating upto 200 Amps, each pole consist of galvanised steel base HT insulators as per BSS / ISS, non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to brake magenetizing current of the transformers. All ferrous parts hot dip galvanised and non-ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather complete all as specified and directed..
