Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

Satisfactorily completed in the last Five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 (at least 50% of the contract value i.e 20.625 Lakhs), as prime contractor, at least one CC Drain Work.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25, Executed minimum quantities such as., 1) Earthwork Excavation 60.45 Cum, 2) PCC/RCC 171.31 Cum, 3) TMT 6.92 Tonnes and 4) Pre-Cast Cover Slabs 453.12 Sqm.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25, Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 41.25 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract and Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents)

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 12.375 lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.) (usually 30% of the amount of contract) in the format given in the Tender Document.

Should be minimum Class III P.W.D registered Civil contractor for CMC.

Bidder Should Compulsorily Furnish Site Inspection Report of the Work Executing Site.
