Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using bricks obtained from demolition, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in 1:4 cement plaster finished even.all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete in coping type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel iron frame work, grill, gate, raling and fencing etc. not exc 3.00 Sqm each for straigthning, repair with and including necessary welding work and refixed in old position. (new mild steel work measure separatly) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of damaged mild steel iron frame work, grill, gate, raling and fencing etc. not exc 2.00 Sqm each.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

Fixing only the frame obtained from Dismantling all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Welded steel wire fabric fixed complete to wood steel or RCC members weight not exc 4 Kgs per Sqm all as specified and as directed..

Applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of new surface of steel.

Material and labour for Applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of steel surfaces and including complete removal of existing treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces after complete removing of existing surface, washing, rubbing down and preparing of surface.
