Construction of 66 kV lines in Gurugram area.

Fabrication and supply of following tower parts with stubs, bolts & nuts, step bolts, U-bolts, hangers, D-shakle etc. of following Designs: i) 66kV D/C 'C' type towers (HSEB Design)

ii) +3 mtr. Extn. Only

DISMANTLEMENT WORK to be included in Erection Part of BOQ: i) Dismantlement of towers and their transportation & proper stacking at any dedicated store of HVPNL. The dismantlement of tower shall also include dismantlement of Stub concrete up to a depth of 1M (one meter) from Natural Ground level, back filling, compaction and clearing the site of debris a) 66kV D/C A+0, HSEB Design

b) 66kV D/C B+0, HSEB Design

ii) Dismantlement of existing ACSR 0.15Sq” Conductor complete with fittings and accessories for above portion of said line and their transportation proper stacking at any dedicated store of HVPNL.

iii) Dismantlement of existing earthwire (7/2.5mm) complete with fittings and accessories for above portion of said line and their transportation proper stacking at any dedicated store of HVPNL.

Furnishing bore log data

Construction of tower foundations as per HVPNL Drgs& Specs for 0 to 6M extn. including excavation, concreting, supply and placement of steel reinforcement and backfilling complete in all respect. i) 66 kV D/C ‘C’ Tower type (HSEB Design) classified as - Dry (Drawing & Quantity as per Annexure -A)

Protection Measure : Brick masonry in 1:4 cement sand mortar including excavation

Earth filling, compaction, leveling etc inside revetments

M-20 (1:1½ :3 mix) concrete for top seal cover, for revetment etc.

Lean concrete (1:4:8)

RCC M20 (1:1 ½:3) including excavation supply and placement of steel reinforcement centering and shuttering, concreting and backfilling complete in all respect

Detailed Survey (tentative route length: 515mtr.), Supply, of Double Circuit, 66 KV XLPE cable single core, 1200 mm2 aluminum Milliken conductor in Flat formation (with flat formation cleat/clamp) with one spare cable for each circuit (6+2) and Civil works complete in all respect including Manholes for jointing Bays, if required, on through rate basis as per technical specification with trenchless method in flat formation (tentative route length for Trenchless portion (515Mtr) Note:-The erection/ laying of HDPE pipe is to be quoted (at Sr. no 3) below

Supply of Double Circuit 66 KV XLPE cable, single core, 1200 mm2 aluminum Milliken conductor on 66 kv HSEB 'C' type tower with one spare cable for each circuit (6+2) as riser and loop in ground and Civil works complete in all respect , if required, on through rate basis as per technical specification (Tentative route length for length of loops & riser (40+20=60)

Supply of HDPE pipe in flat formation required as per detail at sr. no. 1 above

Supply of Outdoor End Terminations as per technical specification suitable for above cable

Supply of 1 x 240mm2, Copper Conductor, PVC insulated, Unarmored, 3.3 KV Sheath Bonding cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Supply of Warning Tape

Supply of single phase Link Box with SVL for each cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Supply of single phase Link Box with-out SVL for each cable (to be decided as per requirement)

Supply of 60 kV Polymeric LAs with surge counter, earthing material complete in all respects as per Latest relevant standard and technical specification of HVPNL

Supply of Terminal Connectors including Hardware fitting & ACSR wolf conductor etc.

Supply of material for Security/Fencing around the 2 Nos. Towers which are providing interfacing between over head line and underground Cable Sections.
