PROVISION OF THREE PHASE UPS FOR OT & ICU AND INCLUDING EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL E/M SERVICES FOR NEW OXYGEN PLANT AT MH HISAR

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core. (A/U- RM, Qty-60)

M&L Earthing of machinery/equipment installed at power house/substation using 32 X 6 mm galvanised strip and Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm as earth electrode burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all arround the plate, using galvanised iron stip 32 X 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or revetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate up to equipments, 20 mm dia bore GI pipe 'light grade'as water pipe from each chamber to upper edge od earth plate, test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precaust RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6 mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways 10 mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department. (A/U- Each, Qty-02)

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of single core 04 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with FRLS copper conductor drawn through and including ISI marks PVC surface conduit and conduit accessories of medium grade not less than 25mm dia including one run of single core 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth conductor along with wiring and connected from DB to DB/main board complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two run of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 4 Sqmm earth cable and one run of 25mm PVC conduit shall be considered as a unit for measurements purpose. (A/U -RM, Qty - 20)

Supply & fixing in replacement LED flood light luminaries of cap 80 watt ,SPD-10KV external with lense, 240 volt,Pressure die cast housing with IP 65 protection, heat resistant toughtened clear glass with frame complete with accessories , pre wired up to a terminal block and mounting attachment,including pvc connector for connection complete all as specified. M&L for point wiring with 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor point in and including PVC rigid non metalic surface conduit 19/20mm dia, medium duty, ISI marked to be teminated in pressed steel terminal boxes including 1.5Sqmm PVC inslulated and unsheathed FRLS single core multistranded copper earth continuity conductore controlled by one witch and / or one regulator complete for following items complete all as specified and directed :- (a) One light /Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one Switch.
