M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying priming/tack coat with using viscocity grade paving bitumen(VG-10) at 05 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam,well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.80 kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.30 mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 ton road roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying of picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 Sqm and not exc. 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing Old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 (Rapid Setting) using 0.25 kg / Sqm with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% of binder content VG -30 grade (using paving bitumen any penetration) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted by the road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 4.0% of binder content VG -30 grade (using paving bitumen any penetration) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by the road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying road marking paint as per IRC 35 with hot applied thermo plastic compound with reflectorising glass beads on bituminious surface, applying of hot thermo plastic compound with minimum 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm inclusive of all surfaces cleaning, applying, labour charges, all taxes etc at site for complete finished item of work complete all as specified and as directed.
