Minor consumable item like insulation tape, screw, saddle, clips, nut bolts and testing charges are included in quoted rate. Proper labelling of all circuit to ensured ,including uses of necessary tools, manpower and consumable. Testing result to be documentedan submitted at the time of RAR on monthly basis all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge. Note:-The Schedule also include scope of work as following:- (i) Open and inspect all TPN and SPN DB,Removing dust, debris and corbon deposite using blower and dry clothes , visual check for sign of overheating, rust or insulation damage if any. (ii) Tighten all terminal screws and busbar connection , test all MCBs/MCCBs/RCDs for proper operationand tripping functionality. (iii) Reorganize and reroute cables to reduce congestion, ensure proper phase sequence and load balancing across phases, eliminate loose hanging wires or unsafe jointing practices. (iv) Label all outgoing/incoming circuit clearly using standerd lug and tags ,update DB schhedule and circuit detalis. (v)Ensure all connections meet IS/IEC standards,replace any damage wire, connectors ,terminal. (vi) Submit a proper ward/department wise maintenance checklist and test report for each DB duly signed by Ward Master, OIC of concerned department and QM rep and MES rep at the time of RAR.
