Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Anchoring 12 mm TMT bar with following operation. 1.Drilling hole upto 20mm in dia.upto depth of 100mm in slab/150-200mm in columns and beams 2.Cleaning of hole by removing dust / concrete particles by suction. 3.Injecting in hole Chemical Lockset-S of Fosroc or equivalent to the required depth and inserting 12mm dia bar as per the manufacturer's specification.

a)upto 100mm depth in slab

Supplying at site polyster resin grout of approved quality (Lokset-S of Fosroc or equivalent).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Galvanised Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

(a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

(a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Errection of 6.00 Metre high pre- fabricated pole structure for tower as per Departmental drawing with all its necessary components , nuts and spring washer including the fixtures like lightening arrester, avialtion lamp, antiena mount etc complete in all respect as per direction of the E-in-C. ( Note: The rate shall include the cost of all operations invloved in hoisting and erection of pole tower , hire charges of tools, plants & machineries, labour charges,insurance premium of labour etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The agency shall produce insurance coverage certificate for workers, failing which the same shall be deducted from their bill ).

a) Pole structure 6.0 M high

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Painting of 6.00 metre high pre fabricated pole tower from top to bottom including bracings, guard rails, climbing ladders ets. with superior quality weather resistant LUXOL High-gloss synthetic enamel paint (two or more coats) in international orange and white shade of approved brand and manufacture in equal alternate layers to give an even shade including base coat of etching primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) and BISON HB Znic phosphate primer including scaffolding and taking all the necessary safety precaution to protect the humen life, insuance coverage of labours etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand).
