TURNKEY EXECUTION OF 4 MLD STP BASED ON MBR TECHNOLOGY - For Phase I , II & III
Note: Contractor shall note that BOQ and flow parameter indicated are for guidance only. Contractor shall check and confirm the same. However any other item required for satisfactory operation of STP, shall be included in the scope of work and same shall be mentioned in the BOQ. Vendor to achieve the process guarantee and outlet parameter as mentioned in tender document for prior approval.
Scope of Design, detailed engineering, construction, manufacture, procurement and supply of all materials and equipment, receipt, storage, conservation & preservation of all materials including all civil, structural steel works (sheds, platforms, ladders, etc.), interconnecting piping, electrical, instrumentation, fabrication, painting, inspection & testing at bidder’s works, packing, forwarding, transportation, transit insurance, delivery at site, erection/installation, testing, commissioning at site and carrying out performance / acceptance guarantee test runs, operating and maintenance and handing over of the STP. Sewage Treatment Plant based on MBR Technology process, with total sewage handling capacity of 4000 KLD to be treated in 22 hours /day as indicated in tender specs.
Project completion period for entire work including civil and electromechnical work shall be considered as 9 months.
The work is required to be carried out on a turnkey basis covering a guarantee of satisfactory performance as per the standards. The contractor will be solely responsible for smooth running of the sewage treatment plant and overall functioning of STP. In case it is found in the later stage that some additional fixtures / equipment are required to be added in order to achieve desired quality, the contractor would be liable to provide without any extra charges.
The design of the plant under this project will be based on the design criteria recommended in “Manual on Sewerage and Sewage Treatment Systems” - 2013 of Central Public Health and Environmental Engineering Organization (CPHEEO), Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoUHA), Government of India (GoI), New Delhi and internationally recognized references. In case of difference or discrepancies between CPHEEO Manual and Internationally recognized guidelines / books, the process design shall be carried out considering stringent design parameters.
The Plant shall be complete with a central Electrical Power and Control panel fully pre/site wired and with all power and control cables to all pumps and equipment including all instrumentation, water level controllers and other controls. MCC, PLC are to be housed in a room / shed of suitable size to be built.
All interconnecting pipings, aeration grids, puddle flange, inlet, outlet overflow, suitable cut-outs for material handling, lowering / lifting of equipment for STP, vents, manholes cover, drain channel with gratings, rungs, sump to house pumps shall also be included.
The STP shall be designed based on the tender specification details and parameters. The capacities of various tanks and pumps are guidelines to the vendor. The contractor has to submit detailed calculations of system and equipment he proposes to install. The STP shall consist of following units but not limited to these unit as may be required by the manufacturer's design to achieve the desired quality parameters in treated sewage.
The inlet of raw sewage pipe is about (-) 4.00 meter below FGL. However, the exact Invert level of incoming sewage should be finalised by Vendor before start of work. Please note that STP shall be above ground.Only Screen Chamber, Oil & Grease Tank and Equalisation tank shall be below ground.
Technical/liasioning support while taking Approval from pollution board at initial & various other stages of works including preparation of report / drawings as per pollution board requirement, arrangement for testing & commissioning of raw sewage. Contractor shall include the cost of all chemicals consumed during testing & commissioning and the cost of such items of works which are not explicitly mentioned above, but are mandatory to have pollution board approval. (All relevant fee for PCB Approval shall be paid by client).

Decanter Centrifuge For Phase I & II (Designed for 2000 KLD)- Minimum 3 m3/hr capacity comprising of conical cylindrical bowl & scroll feed horizontally mounted in bearings on a frame. The centrifuge and scroll support frame shall be mounted on a fabricated sub-frame. All wetted parts shall be in SS 316 and housing in SS 304. Solid & Liquid chute in MSEP. 360 degree solids charge to avoid blocking. Fixed outlet castings of the rotor shall be designed to collect centrate and dewateered sludge from the rotor. The centrifuge shall be mounted on heavy-duty vibration isolators, located between the machine and the supporting steelwork or foundations, to damp vibrations and prevent vibration transmission. Two axis vibration monitors shall be provided to stop the centrifuge automatically when excessive vibration is detected. Flexible connections shall be provided on the sludge fed system and the centrate system at the centrifuge. "The dewatered sludge discharge system shall incorporate flexible chutes. A variable speed drive shall be provided. Centrifuges shall produce a dewatered sludge cake of no less than 25% dewatered solids. Earth pits as per CEIG specific requirements 40 mm Internal Diameter, Heavy Duty 4200 mm long GI pipe (Class B or better) earth pit as per IS 3043.
