Dismantling posts or struts ( steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.Note: The quoted rate is inclusive of fixing of flat iron with chain link fencing at top, center and bottom in horizontal direction with staples/steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type-C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation and filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing of any size of mesh complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only mild Steel galvanised PVC coated chain link fencing of any size of mesh including removing old exsiting fencing of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild Steel screw bolts 5 to10mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagnal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and and not exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wall/ floor/dado, hearth or wall tiling or terrazo cement concrete tiling including cement mortar bedding of any thickness (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete designer tiles, rubber moulded, 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigment to match the colour of tiles over cement screed bed laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping bed blocks, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and necessary form work including dismantalling of existing cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in 75mm thick sub base to floor or similar items including dismantalling of existing cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs, tiles and paver blocks of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block, rubber moulded of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drives ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
