Providing and fixing 12 mm ( twelve millimetre) thick green ply wood lining with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid separtely) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 10mm (ten millimetre) thick water proof stain and impact resistant heavy duty, double charged vetrified tiles orient Bell /Nitco of equivalent shade 600x600x10mm (six hundred into six hundred into ten millimetre) size manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid over 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) with Ist quality granite border jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including all taxes and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts as per specification as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Applying Birla white wall care putty over plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust loose materials and other foreign matter sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Finishing walls with Apex weather proof exterior grade emulsion of Asian paint or exterior emulsion of NAROLAC SURKSHA as per approved shade on undecorated wall surface (two or more coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and installation 9mm ( nine millimetre) thick classic floor component AC-3 ( three) high density core board of KRONO/ARMSTROG or euivalent make with high pressure lamination laid over 2mm ( two millimetre) thick expended polythene foam and 100 ( one hundred micron) thick polythene sheet fixed on cement concrete surface of floor complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi,royality,malkana,toll tax,sale GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
