Construction and commissioning of RCC INTZE type Over Head Service Reservoir of following capacity and staging as per the Scope of work and Technical specifications, consisting of the following main activities: - a) Topographic survey, preparation of site contour plan, conducting SBC test and its approval from department before construction. Submission and approval of concrete mix design and water quality test report for water to be used in construction. b) Excavation in all types of soil, PCC below foundation, all RCC Work, Plinth protection all around the structure including all material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding etc. c) OHSR shall be provided with adequate plinth protection all around the structure in a width starting from edge of structure at GL and extending at least up to 1.0m beyond the edge of outer most projection of OHSR. The plinth protection shall consist of 150mm thick PCC in M-15 grade concrete laid over 150mm thick layer of compacted soil. d) Providing and applying two coats of food grade epoxy paint on the inside surface on the top dome, edge beam and 600 mm height of the vertical wall. e) Conducting successfully hydro test and water tightness test as per I.S. code. f) Providing and applying three coats of anti-carbonation paint on the top surface of the Top Dome. g) Providing and applying three coats of cement-based paint on the external surface of the container, balcony, cone wall, columns & beams etc.. h) Providing and fixing SS-304 ventilator, SS 304 manhole frame and cover and SS-304 ladder from top dome/Slab to bottom dome/Slab inside container. i) Providing and fixing of MS section ladder from the last landing to balcony having railing all around it and MS ladder with safety cage from balcony to top dome/slab. j) Providing and fixing water level indicator (float type).

Supply of Painted/ Powder coated galvanized steel Flush Fire doors of Pacific make of 2 hrs. Desisigning Development providing and fixing of Acrylic Sandwich way signages in different building. The various different sized signages like building directory,facilties, room nos. etc. are made out of A grade Acast or equivalent brands 5mm thick transparent acrylic sheet at back and 3mm thick on front side. The eco-print on 3M IJ 15-10 monomeric calandared Vinyl film sheet of approved colour pattern and shade is sandwich between two acrylic sheets with required number and size of stainless steel studs and fittings, The outer edges are tapered and finished smooth. The developer has to design the signages for different buildings as per requirement of the client and got the design and sample approved from competent authority before going in to actual execution at site. Basic dataa for clients requirement would be provided by the department.

This should be a hermetically sealed, single sliding door of 2.1 (H)X 1.8 m(W), The controller should be capable of being operated by elbow switches/foot switches as well as touch less sensor.The track should be of Aluminum and the running surface for the top rollers should be suitably angled to reduce resistance to movement. The door leaf should be hung by means of hard plastic rollers of high quality with double bearing at the top.
