SPL REPAIR TO TYPE I AND TYPE IV MD ACCN AT KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA UNDER GE (AF) GORAKHPUR

Taking down complete existing treatment of roof/ parapet , Mud puska on roof /parrapet including plastering, brick tiles, stone slabs and leeping any thickness including removal etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry (3 Kg of cement per Sq M) mixed with water proofing liquid in the proportion,water proofing liquid, water & cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacture instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete complete all as specified & directed .

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement as in padding, benching,Sunken portion etc on roof surface for corecting/making proper slope on roof, etc complete all as specified & directed .

M&L cutting 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep in brick wall / PCC block / RCC surface any location shaping horizontal face grooves filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with and including water proofing chemical compound mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement or as per manufacturers instructions laid when concrete is still green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete / brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement or as per manufacturar instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof / sunken slab /wall complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately .

M&L for Water proofing treatment on " approachable / accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Applying approved bituminous based primer conforming to IS : 3384-1995 @ 0.3kg/Sqm to be applied on top surface of prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer Modified preffabricated membrane) waterr proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm with minimum 100mm side overlap along the length from downward to upward completely sealed with torch application/hot blown lamps. (iii) Applying two coats of bituminiuous based bitumen primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm and spreading corse sand on primer to obtained rought surface which facililate make a bond between membrane and screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm x 300mmx 7-9mm thick size roof cool tile to reduce room temperature, slip resistance , ocian blue in colour laid on cement mortar 1:6 and pointing in CM 1:3 over 15mm thick screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified & directed .
