Complete repairs to 18000 GPH capacity submersible open well motor, 2900 RPM, 100 mtr dynamic head open well submersible pumping equipment coupled to 62.5 HP motor at WSS Achabal by way of:- Shifting of both pump & motor from site to workshop by using private transport, the job also includes head loads, leads, lifts etc.
Safe dismentalling of pump in order to uncouple the motor including dismentalling of east moving parts of pumping equipment i.e. impellers, bushes, bearings etc. using expert technicians, suitable tools and tackles.
Providing and fitting of long steel bush as per sample.
Providing and fitting of ball bearing No. 3313 of SKF/equivalent make after dismentalling/extraction of damaged bearing.
Providing and fitting of ball bearing No. 6310 of SKF/equivalent make after dismentalling/extraction of damaged bearing.
Providing and fitting of T-Oil of superior quality preferably power make.
Providing and fitting of oil seal.
Re-assembling of both motor and pump at workshop using skilled technicians, tools and tackles after cleaning all the dismentalled parts of both pump and motor.
Carriage of pump & motor from workshop to site by using private transport, the job also includes head loads, leads, lifts etc.
