Establishment of Pasteurized Compost Making Unit (Capacity 35 MT) at Newly Alloted State Land Kakapora, District Pulwama (Public Sectro) under HADP Project Promotion of Round the Year Mushroom Cultivation 2025-26 (Electro-Mechanical Part)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Blowers with blower capacity 1200 CFM against static pressure of atleast 200 mmwg with automatic control panel that includes motor starter and single phase preventor of suitable type and timer to control the run time of the blower as per the phase 1 composting requirements plus other controls necessary for the process. The job also includes connecting the blower to the main circulation GI ducts and then with the HDPE/PVC pipes laid in the bunker floor complete with necessary fittings like elbows, sockets, isolation valves as per site requirements. Suitable dampers at the discharge end also need to be provided for isolation purpose. The job also includes laying of suitable cable as recommended for the motor from the main panel to the blower/control panel in suitably sized PVC conduits to be fixed on the floor/wall as per site conditions. Further, the job includes construction of concrete pedestal for mounting of the blower and canopy of suitable size. The job is inclusive of the cost on account of material, labour, and all tools and tackles required for the completion of the job. (1 standby). The job also includes the construction of RCC padestal (dimensions as per blower size and base plate requirement with the height of 3ft min from floor ) to elevate, securely mount and fasten the blowers.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of belt driven blower with motor, blower capacity 7500 CFM against static pressure of atleast 200 mmwg, impeller size not less than 18”, one number automatic control panel that includes motor starter (fully automatic) of suitable type, single phase preventor, timer for fan operation, automatic damper actuator that controls the damper opening with respect to the tunnel temperature, damper for fresh air supply and other controls required for Phase 2 composting process. The job also inlcudes the cutting of suitable window at the top of the tunnel for connection with the blower for recirculation of inside air. The job also includes providing and fitting of elbow duct with air filters (HEPA) for fresh air inlet and connecting the blower with the plenum chamber of the pasteurization tunnel. The job also includes laying of suitable cable as recommended for the motor from the main panel to the blower/control panel in suitably sized PVC conduits to be fixed on the floor/wall as per site conditions. Further, the job includes construction of concrete pedestal for mounting of the blower and canopy of suitable size. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Microprocessor/PLC based Temperature, Humidity control system. Complete job including hardware,((Minimum 3 Sensors each (Industrial Grade, suitable for harsh environment)),electric fitting, required for the successful completion of the job. The sensors so installed shall enable the blowers to regulate their operation as per the process requirements with respect to damper opening, run time of blowers etc. The controller must be capable of processing inputs from high accuracy temperature and humidity sensors. the controller shall support advance communication protocols. All components shall be industrial grade. The complete job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles reqd for completion of job and taxes.

The boiler shall be coil assemby type consisting of helical type made of high temperature resistan tubes enclosed in duly insulated MS shell complete with monoblock burner with its controls. The boiler should be fitted with feed water pump coupled with drive motor assembly & pre-wired dust protected control panel. The job is inclusive of providing, fitting & testing of fuel & feed water line complete. All mountings, fiitings, controls, safety interlocks should be provided on the boiler. The Job Includes p/f/t MS day oil tank of 200 ltr capacity & tank thickness of 5mm, having valves & level indicator job including hardwares complete.The job also includes p/f/t of 1000 litre HDPE water storage tank. The conecting pipeline from overhead water tank to boiler, softner to overhead tank is included in the job. The job is also inclusive of electrical work including cabling from main electric panel to boiler, PVC conduits etc required for the successful completion of the job. Further the job includes p/f/t of 1'' high pressure piping (20m length) to the blower discharge side and pasteurization tunnel. The complete job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles reqd for completion of job and taxes.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of M.S. Straight Chimney, with ladder, base plate, nuts & bolts, template for foundation, foundation bolts etc., painted with heat resistant aluminium paint with flue gas ducting wall supporting, 6 mtrs height with diameter of 125 mm (or as per manufacturer's recommendation) and thickness 5mm and 3 mtrs connecting duct.

Supply, installation, testing & commssioning of softner plant with FRP body having a capacity of delivering 1000 ltrs per hour & presssure range 1.5 to 5 kgf/cm². The plant should be able to soften the available water at site & render it viable for use in circuit of bioler. The plant shall be complete with pump set, PVC brine tanks, resin filling tanks, valves & piping grid to deliver the contineous soft water.
