SCHEDULE A2.1-1: NDCT FOUNDATION WORKS: Excavation, dewatering, Concrete works upto top of Pedestal including tie beam (below racker columns) for four number of NDCTs. Notes: 1. Dewatering for structures covered under item rate works (Refer, Schedule-B and table at Dwg. No "GHAVP-1&2/71200/2001/GA) shall be deemed to be covered under this schedule. 2. Excavation: For structures which are covered under item rate works, in case excavation is overlapping with excavation for structures under Lumpsum works, same shall be deemed to be covered under this schedule. 3. Excavation and dewatering for CMLC pipelines adjacent to NDCTs shall be deemed to be included under this schedule. 4. Connection from NDCT sludge pits upto Plant drain Chamber (PDC) are within the scope of this schedule.

SCHEDULE A2.1-2: NDCT SHELL STRUCTURE WORKS: Civil Works above pedestal/tie beam upto top of Shell for four numbers of NDCTs

SCHEDULE A2.1-3: NDCT INTERNAL Civil Works for four numbers (04) of NDCTs Internal, external & Auxiliary Structures as per scope of work, technical specifications, drawings: Major structures/ members covered are provided below for ready reference however, for detailed scope, technical specifications and drawings shall be referred: Internal framed structures (columns, beams, bracings) and their foundations; NDCT basin; NDCT cold water tunnel outlets upto terminal limits indicated in drawings (however, mechanical systems including gates, cranes are covered under Schedule-A3) RCC external staircase upto hot water distribution area with landing walkways and handrails; Hot water Ducts-HWD-1,2,3&4; NDCT sludge pits and its connections to PDCs; RCC Shaft -hot water riser ; Thrust block; Precast beams; Wind wall-concrete block wall; Handrail along duct and peripheral walkway along hot distribution area; peripheral walkway near ring beam; Cage ladder from RCC staircase landing area to the tower shell top; Corrosion resistant paint on basin slab, basin walls, partition wall, duct, internal structures columns, beams, bracings, rcc shaft, wind walls, precast beams etc.; Surface Drains designed by Contractor including its allied works.

SCHEDULE A2.2: COOLING WATER AND AUXILIARY SERVICE WATER PUMP HOUSE (CWPH) Civil works for foundation, superstructures including excavation, dewatering, concrete works and services required for intended functioning, operation & maintenance of CWPH and ASW as per scope of works, technical specifications and tender drawings are within the scope of this item. Note - 1: Quoted rate includes construction of CWPH tunnels/trenches upto terminal limits provided in tender Dwg., other structures required for installation, inspection, monitoring, operation, maintenance of all system/components etc except those specified in relevant items of other schedules. Note - 2: However, part of Excavation, excavation for which are overlapping with excavation area of LUMPSUM WORKS shall be deemed to be covered under ScheduleA2.1-1. Note - 3: Include Connection from CWPH sludge pits to PDC are within the scope of this item. Note - 4: Excavation and dewatering for CMLC pipelines adjacent to CWPH (i.e which are not covered under Schedule A2.1.1) shall be deemed to be included under this item.
