M & L for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below :- (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS : 3384-1986 @ 0.25 Iitres/sqm on prepared surface and allowed to dry. (c) Applying and laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non oven polyester matt at core and covered with high quality polymeric asphaltic protected thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides with over laps 10cm and 15 cm at longitudinal and transverse direction respectively and sealed by flame, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions and corners. The membrane shall be torched into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar 1:3. (d) M & L for cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/terraces over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering and applying a coat of tapecrete P-151 Acrylic Polymer Modified cementitious slurry consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151 and two parts of cement by weight and shall be allowed to dry for 4-6 hours. Applying a coat of TAPECRETE brush topping 1.5mm thick consisting of one part of TAPECRETE P-151, two parts of cement and two parts of silica sand by weight and cured to 2 days complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60mm thick rubber moulded glossy finish coloured interlocking precast PCC pavers any colour of M-35 grade laid over 25mm thick sand cushioning and joint filled with fine sand incl levelling, tamping and sweeping etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 400x400x12mm thick Exterior grade cement concrete tiles as in floor/pavings set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed with mixture of white cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
