Rental of Items :

Rental Supply and installation of following Audio equipment/ sound system for various university ceremonies/ programmes on rental basis at BHU (main campus / Kamachha/ RGSC) per meeting/program for 0-8 hours duration or part of it :- [Note- The job also includes the operation of the audio system/ equipment, wiring work/installation work required for the audio system including providing of men & materials, battery, amplifier, PA driver units, base, stand, pole, stand, fixing accessories, earthing, construction of earth station as per standard procedure etc. for the work where ever required & no extra payment will be made for the same. The security/watch & wards of the said items will be in the scope of the contractor at no extra cost. Earthing will be provided & to be connected to each electrically connected equipment/board/terminal/encloser as per norm & wiring for the same is to be done at no extra cost] Column speaker box (upto 200Watt)

Earthing will be provided & to be connected to each electrically connected equipment/board/terminal/encloser as per norm & wiring for the same is to be done at no extra cost] Generating Plant (DG Set) including operator, consumption of cosumable (fuel,oil, lubricant,coolant etc.), Change Over Switch, operator, transport charges and all incidentals etc..

Additional charge for laying of wire & cables in conduit pipes/trenches for each electrical/rented items [Note- Materials & labour as required and excavation of soil for making trenches, backfilling of trenches after laying of cables & refurnishing the same after recovery of cables from trenches on completion of program are also to be included in the scope of work]
