Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, C/W and other frames, wrought frames at fixed position using sal wood

Providing and fixing paneled or glazed shutters for doors, windows, C/W and including 1st marked m.s butt hings with necessary screw and excluding paneling which will be paid separately

Providing and fixing heavy sheet glass panes instead of ordinary glass in doors, windows and C/W 1375 Kg/Sqm. (Average 5.5 mm thickness)

Providing and laying of cement plaster of any mix with coarse sand

a) Ceiling : 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse sand 6 mm thick.

b) Wall internal (1:6 mix) 15 mm thick, wall exterior (1:6 mix) 15mm thick

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade with two or more coats on new works ( Internal side only)

Providing and applying P.O.P putty of 2mm thk. Over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (two coats)

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Providing and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate) using 40 mm nominal size brick aggregate laid in flooring using crushed aggregate

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggriage) using 20 mm nominal size crushed aggregiate

Providing and laying vitrified tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of 1st quality, fixed with fixing adhesive including cost of grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigment etc

Vitrified tile work in skirting risers of steps and dado upto 2 mtr height. Over 12 mm thik bed of cement mortar 1:3 Jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 mm x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of 1st quality confirming of IS : 1375 of KAJARIA, ORIENT, SOMANY, NITCO , or equivalent make in color such as white, ivory, grey, fune red brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 mm including jointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and laying quality ceramic glazed tiles conferming to IS: 13753 of min thickness 5mm of approved made like KAJARIA, ORIENT, SOMANY, NITCO or equivalent made in all shades except burgundy bottle green back of size as approved by Engineer in charge in skirting risers of steps and dadoo over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 mix and jointing in grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching sade complete (wall tiles).

10 cm thick mud plaster of damaged brick earth roof on laid to slops consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35 K/cum of earh and gobri leaping with 1:1 and covered with flat tiles brick of class designation 100 grouted white cement mortar 1: 3 mixed 2% of internal water proofing compound by white cement and finished neat with FPS brick tiles

Disposal of surplus excavated mulba by way of mechinal transport upto lead of 5 K.M average distance
