Structural Painting with 2 coats of coal tar epoxy paint 100 micron dry film over coat of zinc rich epoxy primer 40 micron all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the KPL incharge.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume sheet 0.50mm thick or nearest thickness as available in the market for the lift room roof over GI pipes with necessary screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc. including necessary fixing arrangements, mitering corners and lapping at sides and ends of sheets to suit the pipes etc. all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the KPL incharge.

Breaking and Removal of existing Concrete Payment road layer and disposal of the same from the site to a lead of 5 km as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all labour, tools etc., all complete as directed by the KPL incharge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all complete as directed by the KPL incharge.

PCC: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 crushed stone aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

M 25 - Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level 1:1:2 (1 cement: 1 coarse sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). M25 grade with minimum cement content of 360 Kg/cum

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by the KPL incharge.

Providing and fixing form work including centring, shuttering, strutting, staging, propping bracing etc. complete and including its removal at all levels, for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns plinth beam, curtain wall in any shape and size and all type of wall below plinth level as directed by the KPL incharge.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as directed by the KPL incharge. Thermo -Mechanically Treated bars (FE-500)
