Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old wood work with One coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with One coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing of fibre netlon of best quality to windows and openings including cost of netlon, velcro ,nails, labour charges for stitching and fixing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium Netlon door with standard specification of size 1.0m x 2.10 m height with stainless steel insect fine mesh including cost of all furniture, materials and fittings such as hinges handles, magnetic door catcher, etc. including labour charges for fixing the door in position, etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of SS Heavy Duty Long body tap with wall flange with fittings including cost of fittings , labour for fixing etc, complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The quality of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authority before use)

Supplying and fixing of SS sink cock (SS Swan neck tap) with U shape bend pipe spout wall flange including cost of fittings labour for fixing etc, all complete and as directed by the departmental officers., (The quality and brand of fittings should be got approved from the Competent Authorityr before use).

European Water Closet with "P" or "S" Trap with Double Flapped Seat and Seat Cover with Brass hinges with all internal fittings etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 18W 4 Feet LED Fittings with LED tube light including labour cost etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Removing the damaged cup-board and providing new Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydraulic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multipurpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing heavy duty Brass powder coated ornamental curtain bracket at both end including cost of material and labour charges for fixing etc. and as directed by the departmental officers.
