Required1. Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand draft, Fixed Deposit Receipts, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) from any of the Commercial Bank drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, CPWD, Sri Vijaya Puram against EMD
Required(In the EMD document such as FDR, Term Deposit Advance etc. the lien of the Executive Engineer who is inviting tenders should be recorded in the soft copy itself so that the lien of Executive Engineer remains in the database of the bank/institution.)
Required2. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD. (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated).
Required3. Enlistment Order of the Contractor.
Required4. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J.(Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e.,25.05.2026)
Required5. GST registration Certificate
Required6. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number
Required7. Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids
