Providing, Installation, Testing and commissioning of submersible pump set (KSB / KIRLOSKAR / LUBI Make) having specification 20000 GPH x 110Mtrs. Head (V8 Model) at Tube Well Patoli Brick Kiln by way of fabrication and fitting of 1 no. U – shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of 1 no expander / reducer nipple for NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Providing and fabrication of 6” dia 10’ length – 5 nos. column pipes after welding of heavy-duty flanges at both sides. A side cut is to be provided at each flange for passing of submersible cable and each flange is to be strengthened by welding of 4 no. 12 mm thick cleats. Shifting the pipes to site of work. Providing and installation of 5 ton manual chain pulley block at the station. Extracting the already lowered submersible pump set along with worn out column assembly and worn-out submersible cable. Replacing the worn out 6” dia. 10’ in length ms column pipes – 5 nos. Providing and fitting of 16 mm sq. submersible cable 80 Mtrs in length by replacing the worn-out cable. Making of connections of submersible cable with motor leads and lowering of submersible pump set 20000 GPH x 110Mtrs Head. Making of all connections with LT control panel and then testing the pump set on full load. Complete illumination of pump room by providing and fitting of 4 nos. light points and providing fitting of 10 watts led lights. The wiring should be laid through PVC baton of 40 mm size as per site requirement with adequate nos. of circuit points. Providing and fitting of 4 nos. light points to the outside walls of the pump room (1 on all sides) and providing fitting of 20 watts led lights. Fitting of main light board having OFF / ON switches and power points and heating points boards which shall carry switches socket combine 15 Ampere. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials i.e.of submersible pump set, column pipes, extraction / lowering of submersible pump set, tie rod, expander, reducer, nipple, pipes, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets,welding set hire, labour charges and rebate on old materials etc. Complete Job.
