Demounting of 85000GPH 31M Head Pump assembly from Motor at site and then dismantling of pump using proper tools & tackles, removal of damaged bearings and damaged SS- Bush using Gas cutter for fitment of new bearings and bushes.
Providing and fitting of Bearings of size 6303 of reputed make, suitable to withstand high rotational speeds and dynamic loads.
Fabrication Providing and fitting of new SS Bush 125mm long, 35mm thick. The job includes cutting to size and machining/reaming of bush on lathe for proper fitment on pump shaft.
Replacement of old & damaged lamps by way of Providing And fitting of 15 watt LED Lamps of (Syska/Havels/Bajaj/Philips make) with Holders including minor wiring where ever required as per site for proper illumination of premises.
