Proving and fixing of almirah at site of 19mm thick plywood, with back of 6 mm thick, shutters of 19 mm blockboard/plywood of BWP grade with mica pasted on the inside of atleast 0.80 mm thick and Mica on the external side of at least 1.00 mm thick with doors incl shelves/partitions, Locks handles etc complete whatever as directed by engineer incharge. The edges of the almirah to be covered with matching mica or beading as directed Depth upto 2'-0"

Providing and fixing of Gyp board of approved pattern design i/c supply and fixing steel wire gauge for ceiling over joists i/c cost of nuts ,bolts and scaffolding charges and leads also incl dismantelling of existing false ceiling incl stacking of all servicable materials and handing them over to store incharge and disposal of unservicable material away from site.

Dismantelling of existing flooring pvc Flooring including disposal of unsevicable material away from the site and also including chipping of the flooring to prepare for Tiles

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

French spirit polishing, one or more coats on old work including scrapping and sandpapering the existing surface incl using of hydrogen peroxide complete job

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c quivalent design mix) 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
