Labour only for cleaning the vegetation/surplus soil around the earth pits upto 1.00 mtr all around the pit, cleaning the chamber of the earth pit, replacing the rusted earthing leads/funnel / mesh with new ones etc checking the results of the earthing using earth tester, re-activating the earth pit using suitable measures as required to bring the results within the limits of 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. NOTE :i) All materials required for re-activation of earthing pit will be measured and paid separately under supplied & fixed only of respective items of schedule. ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be including of the resistance test of earth pits to be carried out by contractor and nothing extra shall be permissible on this account.

S&F in replacement of copper strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets/ brazing etc all as directed by engineer-in-charge complete.

S&F in replacement of copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including jointing with rivets/ bracing etc all as directed by engineer-in-charge complete.

S&F inreplacement of air termination single pointed solid Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300mm long mounted roof of building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F in replacement aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddles /insulators every 1 mtr of interval and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including joining with rivets, bolts, nuts, washers etc on the roof of SQN buildings necessary scafolding work or protective arrangement made by contractor. The rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

M&L for chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt, Coal & Magnesium sulphate etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: Copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately. If the earth resistance value failed to achieve less than 1 ohm, the contractor shall re-do the earthing without any extra cost.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of HDPE/GI protection pipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore , wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note: G I strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for maintenance free grounding Solution set earthing comprising of 17.2 mm pure copper earthing rod, 3m long, Copper terminal size of 100x50x6mm with 2 Nos M8 holes for termination. Electrode must be tested for a short circuit test of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL. The earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5 Mtr. The bore drilling will be done with the help of a Pneumatic boring machine, 50 Kgs BFC will be placed in the bore to cover the earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in Slurry form in a properly mixed condition. The Earth pit cover Square 300x300x240 mm to be provided to cover the Earth Pit and shall be made of reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 Tons. NOTE :- (a) Rates of boring 3.5 Mtr for earth electrode, GI strip 25x3 mm upto 7.5 Mtr from earth electrode is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance <3 ohms is not obtained, earthing will be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (c ) Test certificate from the OEM has to be produced by the contractor for the material used in earthing.

S&F for 70 Sqmm single core multistranded Copper Cable, 1100 Volts PVC insulated on wall / roof of building with clamps for connection of ESA lightening arrestor to earthing terminal with copper lugs, SS nut bolts and washers accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply & Laying in trenches or fixing on wall/floor/ceiling GI tubing "Medium Grade" 15 mm bore with all standard fittings such as suitable size of MS clamps, screws, hooks, Elbow, bends, tees etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. Note : Necessary Excavation and Earth work shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the tenderer.

S&F of Bronze/Gun Metal Gate Valves (Hexagonal type) 15 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

S&F of Bib tap /Stop Cock of any colour, 15 mm dia, screwed for pipes high pressure (minimum weight 90 gms) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or addition in position without taking down and screwing for addition of Tee, etc for 20 mm bore connection. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge. (Note :- The cost of excavation , earthwork and fitting of pipe line required at site shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer)

M&L For earth chamber of internal size (600X600) mm made up of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, with precast cover of slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame including earthworrk and excavation in any strata as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.

Comprehensive maintenance on quarterly basis of stretcher cum passenger lift with AC variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) having closed loop automatic centre opening sliding steel doors for serving Ground plus 1st floor, in order to ensure round the clock functioning of the lift. The scope of work includes servicing and maintenance of lift machine ,inspection of lift machine including control panel and other accessories/components as per manufacturer maintenance manual/schedule and carring out quarterly maintenance of lift. M & L for Dismantling and taking out carefully existing one face of tower clock completely and servicing, repairing and overhauling of the Clock Hands, GPS synchronized time server master control units (MCU) with GPS Antena , GPS synchronizing circuit and one units with high torque stepper motors and its driving gears and spindles etc of the clock hands of 9' diameter tower clock. The work includes checking of all electrical connection of one face of Tower clock and LED based illumination of the hands and indices complete as per site requirement. Note : -(i) The rates quoted against the Item is deemed to be included for cost of labour, minor parts for repair. (iii) Any damage to Parts of Tower Clock during the execution of Item and while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to dept.

M &L for The synchronizing of all one face with GPS real timing to reset / correct the time on resumption of the contact with satellite time, if it finds any deviation. The Auto Re-set Indexing System shall be capable of bringing back the clock hands to 12:00 clock position and then start counting time and give required pulses to move the clock-hands to the actual time of the day without any manual setting and also automatically re-set the time on resumption of power after a power-break. The items require for functionalling to be included in it complete all as specified and directed by Engineer Incharge.
