Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casuarinas props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcemeat and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with Kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications

For superstructure in ground floor

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Weathering Course Concrete by using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC Roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 : 12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling Lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the Floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of Size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 (one cement and three sand ) 20 mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed with same colouring Pigments and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortor 1:3 ,20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Special Ceiling Plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC Slabs,Canopies,sunshades,landing slab Beams ,etc with CementMortor 1:3, 10mm thick (one cement and three sand)including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification.

Granolithic Floor finish 1:2:4 mix of 40mm thick HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any color and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with coloring pigment to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Distempering two coats with best approved oil bound distemper including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges

Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labor charges etc complete.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
