Supply Errection & Commissioning, of new EOT Crane Capacity 15 Ton in place of old existing EOT having six directional moment (HT ,LT, CT) on existing structure of double girder and rail track along with all accessories such as electric panel, gear box, electric motors, pandent control, wire and cables fitted along the moment of crane, drum , brake system, anti collision system, base plates and repair/alignment of existing rail (including replacement of damaged/correded rails) with the fasterners, concreting, plastering etc. in all resprect as per site requirement small items such as nut bolt ,screws, washers, complete painting of EOT crane (with two coat of zinc chromate primer followed by two coat of synthetic enamel paint) along with all accessories including gantry rail, span girder of existing crane, testing of complete EOT on load and any other leftover items. (h). Trailing Rail- Double side. i). Operation- Floor level with steel forged hook j). Hoisting speed : 2-3 Mtr/min , CT and LT speed 5-6 Mtr./ min. k). Motor Make: ABB, Cromption, BCH, BBL, Marathon (Dept. approved Make). l). Gears: Splash lubricated enclosed, gears of EN-8 supported on ball bearing. m).
