Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited)saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposting of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees dressing of beds, and sides and preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/metalled/paved surfaces to its original condition including soring, strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever houses, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing of GMSERW Pipe L-415 (X-60) bevelled edged conforming to ISO:3183-2012 of following mentoned grade, diameter and wall thickness in trenches having random lengths of 5-7 mtrs including cost of fabrication of minimum 3 cut bends of required degree. The pipe shall have inside & out side Galvanisation at manufacturer work conforming to IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments). The pipe shall be jointed with circumferencial butt welded joints by electric arc welding with minimum three layers of welds so as to achive the minimum effective thorat thickness and strength of welds conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50 mm to 6.30 mm of Advani Oerlikon (Ador)- CITOJET / Esab make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects. Each butt welded joint shall be tested with dye-penetration test ( with the kit consisting of 3 sprays of 250 ML each includes (a) Cleaner CL-96 (b) Penetrant PT-97 (c) Developer Div-98 of checkmate make) complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge. AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM:- The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme alongwith pumping machinery and other units scheme upto MBR-1 and shall be automated in such a way that these are automatically operaed at pre fixed hours/time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at Sachui pump house. The entire automation is to be carried out for Electrical, Instrumentation and automation works . Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its ouput in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devies shall be installed at each tank location, which shall sent massages through SCADA station at remote acess location. This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals todata transfer module. This module shall have a communication to web data transfr system model communication. The Control/RTU station shall have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensor, flow transmitters in tank Installation of hardware along with commissioning/programming as per user requriement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs sugested by the department in the SCADA. To automised the entire scheme upto main storage tanks. (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with thedepartment without assigning any reason) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
