8269 REPLACEMENT OF BER WINDOW/ SPLIT AC (QTY 56) FITTED AT VARIOUS PLACES AT ND MBI UNDER GE (NW) KUNJALI

Taking down BER Air conditioner of any capacity and Supply, install, Test and commissioning wall mounted Split type AC 1.5 TR capacity units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, 220-240 volt, 50Hz, single phase fitted with high quality rotary compressor and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with BEE 5 star rating complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old ACs will be deposit to MES store. (ii)Rate of supporting brackets for outdoor unit is deemed to be included in rate quoted. (iii) Windows/Split Acs is removed then space is covered to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240V including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for Power point complete with proper clour coding using PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 4.0 sqmm size, 1100 volts ISI marked, FRLS grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid, double lock, ISI marked, not less than 25mm casing caping with all accessories such as tee, bends, elbow, reducers, junction box etc fixed on wall/ceiling/truss and one run of PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of 4.0 sqmm size, 1100 volts, ISI marked, FRLS grade green colour as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly complete incl necessary electric connection, including taking down old unsv wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Colour coding shall be folowed as (i) Phase- Red (ii) Neutral - Black (iii) Earth - green

Supply, fixing and clamping , jointing copper tubing for suction line of suitable size and for liquid discharge line insulated with suitable insulation material including making hole in wall for passing through and making good disturbed surface including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia incl connecting to water cooler drain pipe complete fixing accessories such as complete of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, mouth tube ends fixing accessories such as GI saddles, full threded screws and (Narayan) nylon rawl plugs etc surfaced on walls/roofs all as specified and as directed.
