Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) Material and labour for cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. 40 mm avg thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent etc complete fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) Material and labour for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions/specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately ) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint

M&L for Cement concrete Type E2, 1:5:10 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of 40mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laing in floors (spout) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparation of Old decorated surface and applying two coats of white wash on walls etc complete and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new decorated surface and applying two coats of white wash on walls etc including a coat of Birla Wall care putty 1mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm and avg depth not exc 15 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel including gates, purlins, rafters but excluding trusses complete, all as specified and directed..

Dismanling timber scantligs 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position in un-framed work complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F Compound girders and stanchions,lattice girders,aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice vars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc all conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F IInd class hardwood in scantlings, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, solid, straight 2nd class hard wood frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

(length as required) adjusting level, fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners, 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including necessary demolition/dismentaling of existing unserviceable ceiling boards of any description/thickness and including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preperation of new steel surfaces and applaying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring(light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC rigid non metalic concealed conduit on stone/brick Bldg conforming to IS-9537 with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for :- (a) One light point / ceiling Fan/Exhaust fan point/ Bell point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way

(b) One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch two way

(c) One 3 pin socket point 5 Amp on independent board

(d) One 3 pin socket point 5 Amp on same board with other switches.
