Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits availble land with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specitaion Clause 303.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the characterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Earthwork in excavation including lead upto 30m & lift upto 1.5m, excluding mechanical compaction but including manual compaction and dressing to profile in road upto 1.5m height.As per IdDSOR-2021-22, Chap. -V, item-5(a)

Eding with straight over burnt bricks, laid dry length wise, including excavation, refilling, consolidation with a hand packing and spreading nearly, surplus earth within a lead of 50m.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying with paver and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per MoRTH Technical Specification Clause 510 including All Cost of Labour,Material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of Work.

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickess of 5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and fixing sign board on angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm 25x5 mm flat iron bracing sand 18 SWG (1.25mm)MS sheet with one coat of red oxide primer including Earth work and fixing in position with C:C (400x300x300mm) in 1:2:4 with stone grit .(all work Done as par direction of Engineer-in- charge) including cost of all material, Labour T&P etc .
