Sch A Part XII (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase), having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 cum per hour (or nearest size) having storage capacity 100 ltrs water including all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Gysers from demolition of building with all connected assesories and deposited to MES Store Yard of AGE E/M of GE (AF) Gorakhpur complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks, locally available laid in trenches for protection of undergroung cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing wall/surface mounted type LED light fitting complete with LED lamp of 1x 10 watt (4 ft), extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable suitable size. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pipe of 100 mm dia class - 9 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing in repair of cast iron sluice valve 100 mm class I (ISI Marked, latest IS 14846-2000) PN 1.6 type, flanged ends, drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel head at top, with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket etc including taking down unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to GI wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 20 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI wire and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.

Material and labour for cutting 100 mm dia cast iron pipe, inserting tee 100 mm dia TEE for making new connection including inserting CI T of size 80 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm, runless joint, excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing Pneumatic tools by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix MCCB 125 Amp, 4 pole, Ics=100% of Icu conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2, 50 Hz, 415 volt with repturing capacity 25 KA, mounted on existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Decorative wall mounting bed side lamp, brushed nickle finish fixture with opal glass diffuser suitable with 9 watt LED lamp B22 base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm (internal dimension), with 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation), brick work using old size brick of sub class B bricks in cement mortar 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping on top of brick wall, 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed with angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm with locking arrangement embeded in PCC and painting of MS sheet cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc and all disturbed surfaces making good to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. 202902.15 as brought out from Sr Page No. 47 of tender
