Taking down defective light fitting of 4 x 14 watt / 36/40 /60/75/150/250/400 Watt SV/MH Street light, security light, CFL/ Flourecent Tube light fittings (any type and any size), Flood light, LED light any type, from any location mounted on any type of poles/bldgs/ tower/ high mast of height up to 20 mtr from bracket after disconnecting of supply cable for replacement of fittings all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : (i) Any T& P required for the work should be arranged by contractor.

S&F LED 60 Watt Street light fittings made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics, IP 66 protection including making all electrical connection from light fitting to pole junction box/ O/H line for making the light functional , testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No.BRTFG 60 W LED V3 or equivelent in Philips/ GE/ Wipro /Crompton.

S&F LED 200 Watts flood light fittings with secondary optics made out of pressure die cast housing, IP 66 protection including making all electrical connection from light fitting to pole junction box/ O/H line for making the light functional , testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No.BJFL 200W LED I or or equivelent in Philips/ GE/ Wipro /Crompton.

All as per item No.3 here-in-before but for LED 100 watt flood light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No. BJFL 100W LED I or equivelent or equivelent in Philips/ GE/ Wipro /Crompton. Note for Item No. 2 to 4 :- (i) If connection.cable from pole Juction box to street light and street light bracket is required to be replace it shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) At location where street lights/flood light are connected through overhead conductor, connection cable from light fitting to overhead conductor is deemed to be incl in the item rate. (iii) All LED street light/flood lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and steel poles. (iv) All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract accordingly condition 46 of GCC (IAFW-2249) shall be amended to extent mention above . Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate. (v) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and Failure due to electrical impact (vi) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and Type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries. (vii) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing stickers duly mentioned the C.A number and date of completion. (viii) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological upgradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an offical of National level. (ix) All T& P required at site for installation of light on Pole/ Bldg/ Tower height upto 20 Meter or at any location shall be arranged by contractor .

Taking down unserviceable street /flood light fittings any type or any capacity from any location mounted on any type of poles/bldgs / tower/ high mast of height up to 15 mtr from bracket after disconnecting of supply cable and refixing the same after carrying out repair and testing on exiting or new location as per site requirement, including repairing of circuit, electrical connection, replacement of defective components like driver, surge protection device etc. , tracing and rectifying of fault in circuit , supply feeder , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Supply only LED driver with SPD and electric supply cable will be measured and paid separately under respective item.) (ii) All T&P, ladder etc required at site for the repairing and taking down / refixing of light fitting after reapair of light shall be arranged by contractor. (iii) If there is any fault in electrical supply line, it shall be contractor liability to identify the fault and get it repair for making the light functional.

Supply only in repair LED driver suitable for 25 watt LED light ,240 Volt , 50Hz , AC . Make of Driver : Bajaj /Crompton/ C&S/ Havells/ Surya/Philips (As per existing) Note :(i) Before procurement contractor shall check the make and model of u/s LED driver as per existing and bring the same or suitable to make the light functional.

All as per item No.6 here-in-before but for 60 watt LED light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Bajaj /Crompton/ C&S/ Havells/ Surya/Philips (As per existing)

S & F in repair Thermoplastic cable junction box of size 205 mm x 255 mm x 112 mm , IP 66 , halogen free and weather proof with locking arrangement and necessary mounting arrangement on pole with MS clamp , nut , bolt ,washer , for out door installation complete with connector terminal for connecting cable, knockouts for cable entry up to the size of 25 Sqmm x 4 core, including taking out / dismentaling existing u/s junction box of any type and size , disconnection of existing cable connection and reconnection of cable by providing suitable size cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Hensel Cat No-KF2525B or equivelent in Sintex / C&S as approved by GE. Note : Contractor shall provide cable lugs and gland of suitable size if required on site for connecting cable in junction box.

S& F in repair for Digital time switch (2 Module), 240 Volt AC 50 Hz, having feature for time programming for daily/ weekly , Pluse switching, reset feature, LED for relay On indication, 24 Hrs display , Manual override including making all electrical connection to make the timer functional as per time set for auto ON/OFF of street lights complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking out old u/s times switch. Make: L&T Cat No:-AUTS02DIG00 or equivalent in Legrand/Schinder/Havells.

Taking out old u/s contractor and S&F 3 Pole Power contactor Type MO 40 , of 40 Amp , having (AC 3 Rating 40 Amp and AC 1 rating 55 Amp), 415 volts, AC, 50 HZ, 3 pole, including making all electrical connections by providing lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . (Make :L&T Cat No - CS94569 or equivalent in Legrand / Schinder as approved by GE.)

S & F Non metallic PVC medium grade conduit 20 mm dia for drawing aluminium conductor cable between pole junction box and light fitting including fixing clamp made of GI strips and nut and bolts (Minimum 3 clamp in each pole to be provided.) including taking out old u/s complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable cable from trenches of any size complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr depth including getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M & L sand filling in-trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables complete all as specified. Note:-Punned thickness to be measured for payment.

Material and labour for fly ash brick laid flat in trenches over sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item )

M&L for laying 50 mm bore GI pipe, medium grade with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : Boring under road/path will be measured and paid under respective item )

M&L for boring of road for laying 40/50 mm dia GI pipe medium grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Painting to the LT PCC poles with strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole , two coat of white colour cement base paint on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ stricker complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair MCB 16 Amp, Double Pole (DP) ,10KA , AC, 50 Hz , `C` Curve including taking out old U/s MCB. Make L&T Cat No. BB20160C or equivelent in Schinder/ C&S.

Supply & Fix in repair MCB 32 Amp, Triple Pole (TP) ,10KA ,AC,50 Hz , `C` Curve including taking out old U/s MCB. Make L&T Cat No. BB30320C or equivelent in Schinder/ C&S.

M & L for Tree trimming around 5 mtr around existing overhead line, removing of vegitation and bushes between one span (2.5 Mtr both side , distance between span pole to pole max 25-50 mtrs to be consider as one span) complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Contractor has to trim and pruning of tree to be done falls in span between pole to pole. (ii) Necessary survey of site to be done before quoting the rate. If required JCB to be used for clearing the vegitation on the rout of overhead line. (iii) Due to speedy growth of trees/ branches pruning / trimming to be done in perodicity as required irrespective of location. Location can be repeated as per the requirement and measured as per work done. (iii) After tree pruning disposal of branches and kept in stack at the site (within 100 mtrs) directed by Eng in charge shall be done by the contractor.

Taking down existing Avaition light from transmitter tower/ hangar / technical building / ATC and any location upto 35 mtrs height and supply and fixing LED Integral avaition light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclouser, 240V AC, 50Hz including all electrical connection as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .Make Bajaj Cat No:-BGAV 302 LED or equivelent in Havells / Philips as approved by GE. Note - Through there is stairs/rungs to reach the terrace of bldg /Roof of Hangar but any additional T&P required on site for fixing avaition light, it shall be arranged by the contractor.

Supply & fixing in repair Thermoplastic box (enclosure only) of size 300 x 450 x 214 mm out door type, IP 65 made of polycarbonate fully UV ray protected, to be fixed on location as directed by providing all hardwares as required at site, The box shall fixed with DIN Rails suitable for installation of timer , contractor & MCB and other electrical acessories of Timer switch for auto ON /OFF of street light and making all electrical connection complete including taking down old u/s all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : Hensel Cat no:- Mi 9311 or equivelent in Sintex / C&S Note : (i) Electrical accessories like Contactor , MCB , Time switch will be measured and paid separately under respective items (ii) Contractor has to fixed all the accessories in box and wiring and electrical connection to be done to make the timer switch unit for Auto ON/OFF of street light.

Supply & fixing in repair Auto timer switch for auto ON/ OFF of street lights in sheet steel enclosure, including all accessories like contactor, digital timer switch , MCB, pre wired, of 40 Amp , 3 Pole, 230 Volt, digital timer switch including making all electrical connections , fixing of timer switch box by providing all hard ware as required commplete all as specified and directed by EnginEer in Charge. Make : INDOASIAN Cat no:- TL040DB0, TIMELITE DISTRIBUTION BOARD equivelent C&S/ Havells.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral , 415 volts out door type , factory made free standing , floor mounting ,dust and vermin proof, cubical type LT panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of 40 x 40 x 5 mm , double door , front hinged opening , rubber lining,locking arrangement,with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester power coating of flint grey shade (RAL-7032) , protection class IP-54 fully compartmentalize design with 4 nos of bus bar made of copper of ETP grade suitable for 300 Amps bus Bar (Size of copper bus strip should not be less than 32 x 5 mm) pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip ,including suitable aluminium earth strips conforming to IS with danger notice plate , necessary cable glands , cable connection with proper lugs ,PCC foundation and pedestal for fixing piller feeder box / LT Panel with PCC 1:5:10 , 15 cm thick in foundation , brick (Fly ash) / PCC block work in CM 1:6 , rendering 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. M&L for Flexible PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core for voltage grade up to 1100 V conforming to IS 694 : 2010 for connection of light fitting from junction box or from over head conductors to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PVC Conduit shall be measuerd and paid seperately under respective item.

M&L for Numbering of street light pole (marking pole numbers) on any type of steel / RCC pole in a 15 cm dia yellow circle painted with syenthic enamel paint with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F thermoplastic circuit breaker box , IP 65, having 1 x row 3 modules, of size 102 x 197 x 92 mm with knockouts for cable entry and DIN rail for mounting MCB, with PE+N terminals including taking down old u/s complete all as specified and directed by Eng in Charge.Make : Hensel Cat Part No. KV 7013 or equivalent in Sintex / C&S.

S & F Straight through joint suitable for LT under ground cable of size 25 Sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick, burried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 3.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthin lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode by means of steel and GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. The unit rate includes for protection pipe and GI strip dia from top of earth plate upto 5.00 meter above ground level. NOTE:- 1. The unit rate includes for protection GI pipe and watering pipe of 40 mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/ disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to achieve desired result as the soil resistiviy is very high. 3.The cost of GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item.and copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be measured seperately. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connection with Earth Plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by proving brass nut bolt and washer. 5. Cost of brazing / welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and replace 32mm x 6 mm GI strip as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or pole or recess or cheses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as directed

Labour for attending the complaint of non functioning of street light / flood light /security light fitting of any type due to minor fault, deposition of oxidation on conductors at connection , Joints, junction by removing the oxidation , rectifying the fault and making the light functional complete as directed by Eng in Charge. Notes:- (i) Contractor has to collect the complaint from AGE E/M office (from concern JE) on every working day in morning and submit the completion report/ feed back on same day in evening. (ii) Contractor shall attend the Complaint related to non functional of Parameter lights on priority and make it functional on same day. If any complaint not attended due to unavailibility of spares, the same should be brought in notice of Eng in Charge immediately. (iii) Panalty of Rs 50/- per complaint per light will be imposed if contractor not attended the complaint of perimeter lights within 24 Hrs. Decision of GE in this respect will be final. (iv) T&P required for work shall be arranged by the contractor. (v) Due to humdit claimate and dew in winters oxidation formation on joints/ connection is measure issue in these region therfore , If the complaint of light fitting attended under item No. 5 above and if it became non fuctional due to oxidation formation on connection / any minor fault within a period of three months from the date of repair and stiuation permitted then it will be again measured in item No.42, but for this date wise repair record duly signed by AGE E/M to kept and maintained by the contractor. (vi) Contractor shall to provide complaint slip (in dupicate) and maint the record. Cost of complaint slip is deemed to be included in unit rate of item. General Note: Being mainteaince contract location for fixing of new light fittings and other repairs will be given to contractor on receiving of complaints or as when and on required basis and not in one span. Contractor shall not asked for hand over the complete site at one time.
