AMC of Fire Hydrant with Sprinkler System for 02 Years at NATS Complex

FIRE HYDRANT SYSTEM

1. Monthly site visit /check (01 No. Mandatory check per month) by experienced staff for the inspection of entire Fire fighting and sprinkler System including cleaning, oiling and greasing of Pumps, valves, etc. attending all complaints/ breakdown (any number of times) during that Month and also carry out all the checks/preventive maintenance works as per enclosed schedule (Annexure-A) and submitting report of the entire Fire Hydrant with sprinkler System. SPARES/ ACCESSORIES/ MAJOR REPAIRS(if any) (As and when required as per site requirement)

2. Replacement (i/c supply) of following fire fighting component/spares including all accessories such as screwed/welded flanges etc. i/c dismantling of the existing component along with accessories( if any )complete including painting, welding, jointing and neoprene gasket, nuts, bolts, washer etc. complete as required and as per relevant IS.

(a) 200 mm dia flanged CI Foot Valve (As per IS 4038). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(b) 50 mm dia flanged CI Foot Valve (As per IS 4038). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(c) 150 mm dia CI Non Return Valve (CIDF Swing Type, PN 1.0, IS 5312, Part I & II, Bronze to Rubber rings/ SS 410 Hinge Pin construction). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(d) 50 mm dia CI Non Return Valve (CIDF Swing Type, PN 1.6, IS 5312, Part I & II, Bronze to Rubber rings/ SS 410 Hinge Pin construction). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(e) 100 mm dia CI Non Return Valve (CIDF Swing Type, PN 1.6, IS 5312, Part I & II, Bronze to Rubber rings/ SS 410 Hinge Pin construction). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(f) 100 mm dia C I Spindle Sluice Valve (CIDF Non rising Type, PN 1.6, IS 14846, Part I & II, Bronze rings/SS 410 shaft). (ISI Marked). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(g) 50 mm dia C I Spindle Sluice Valve (CIDF Non rising Type, PN 1.6, IS 14846, Part I & II, Bronze rings/SS 410 shaft). (ISI Marked). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(h) 150 mm dia C I Spindle Sluice Valve (CIDF Non rising Type, PN 1.6, IS 14846, Part I&II, Bronze rings /SS 410 shaft). (ISI Marked). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

(i) 150 mm dia C I Spindle Sluice Valve (CIDF rising Type, PN 1.6, IS 14846, Part (ISI Marked). Make : Kirloskar or any make as per Approved Make List.

3. Replacement (i/c supply) of the following fire fighting component/spares including all forged fittings and accessories such as screwed/welded flanges, tees, reducers etc. (if any) i/c dismantling of the existing component along with accessories( if any), complete including painting, welding, jointing and Providing of neoprene gaskets, nuts, bolts ,washer etc., if required and as per direction of Engineer In Charge, and making good the same complete as required.

(a) Gun metal ball Valve(25 mm dia). Make -ZOLOTO or any make as per Approved Make List.

(b) Gun metal Single hydrant Valve ( ISI marked, IS 5290). Make -New age/Guards or any make as per Approved Make List.

(c) Gun Metal lugs for Hydrant valves. Make -New age/Guards or any make as per Approved Make List.

4. Replacement ( i/c supply) of First Aid rubber Hose reel tube, 30 Mtr. Length, ISI mark including dismantling the existing tube Make - New age/Guards or any make as per Approved Make List.

5. Rewinding of motor of 15 KW, 2900 RPM of jockey pump including overhauling/ servicing, varnishing, baking, applying moisture proof varnish, assembling, testing, decoupling and coupling, loading / unloading and transportation to and from the site complete. ( Old defective winding shall be retained by Agency).

6. Providing and fixing of Gun metal female delivery hoss coupling, 63 mm ISI as per IS : 903 i/c dismantling of existing coupling (if any). Make - New age/Guards or any make as per Approved Make List.

7. Providing and fixing of First Aid Hose Reel PVC Nozzle 20 mm i/c dismantling of existing nozzle(if any) .Make -as per Approved Make List.

8. Repair of jockey pump motor of flow rate of 3 litre / second, 105 meter head including supply and replacement of bearing of suitable size shaft repair, impeller repair, stud and threading, coupling, oiling, greasing & glandory, including labour charges, loading / unloading, transportaion to & from the site etc. complete.

9. Replacement (i/c supply) of two nos. bearing of suitable size (Make-SKF), gland plate,complete housing nut,bolt with gland set of main fire pump (make; kirloskar brothers, type: DSM 125/40) i/c Dismantling, loading and unloading, transportation of pump to and from the site, Servicing/overhauling of pump, allignment with motor on common base plate, installation, testing & commisioning complete as required.

10. Replacement (i/c supply) of following works to be carried out at work shop if required after opening of main fire pump mentioned in item no. 9

(a) Pump sleeves-2 Nos.

(b) Mechanical seal -1 No.

(c) Repairing of pump shaft

11. Replacement (i/c supply) of gland plate, complete housing nut bolt with gland dori, gland nut bolt set of main diesel pump (make : Kirloskars brothers, type: DSM 5B i/c Dismantling, loading and unloading, transportation of pump to and from the site, Servicing of pump, allignment with Engine in common base plate, installation testing & commisioning complete as required.

12. Replacement (i/c supply) of following works which is to be carried out at work shop if required after opening of pump mentioned in item no. 11

(a) 2 nos. bearing of suitable size (Make-SKF)of main diesel pump.

13. Painting of existing fire hydrant pipelines inside & outside at NATS Complex with (one or more coats on old work) synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade.

14. Providing and fixing glazing in internal & external fire hydrant boxes with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

15. Painting of existing external fire hydrants hose pipe cabinet (external side only ) and adjacent hydrant post of 80 -100 mm dia. Upto 01 meter and valve etc. including supporting structure with 02 coat of red oxide primer and 01 coat of enamel paint including scrapping, cleaning etc. complete as required as per site condition.

16. Painting of existing internal fire hydrants hose pipe cabinet (external side only) and adjacent hydrant pipe of 50 -100 mm dia. Upto 01 meter and valve etc. including supporting structure with 02 coat of red oxide primer and 01 coat of enamel paint including scrapping, cleaning etc. complete as required as per site condition.

17. Replacement (i/c supply) of new gland plate, housing nut bolt with gland dori, gland nut bolt set, bearings of jockey pump (make: kirloskars brothers, type: CPHM 32/26 i/c dismantling, loading and unloading, transportation of pump to and from the site, Servicing of pump, allignment with Engine on common base plate, installation, testing & commisioning complete as required.

18. Providing and fixing of MS Pipe including all fittings and accessories such as screwed/welded flanges, tees, reducers etc. complete including painting(with one coat of primer & two coats of post office red enamel paint), welding, jointing and neoprene gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. as required i/c dismantling of the existing pipes with accessories (if any) of the following pipes fixed in ceiling, walls, coloumns for all heights with hangers, supports and fasteners all as per direction of Engineer In Charge, including chasing of walls/columns/ceilings etc. and making good the same complete as and when required.

(c) 100 mm dia (Medium Class, IS 1239)

(d) 80 mm dia (Medium Class, IS 1239)
