Taking down aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell socket, power socket etc complete including fittings and fixtures removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for providing point wiring for controlled by one switch with using 1.50 sq.mm (nominal area), stranded copper conductor, single core PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed cable (Maintaining Colour Code) 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping (size of casing caping as required at site but not less than 20mm) of suitable size including PVC accessories / fittings and fixtures fixed on surface with using new PVC board or sunken type pressed steel box of adequate size, terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 sq.mm (nominal area), stranded copper conductor, single core PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed cable green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and connecting upto fittings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The quoted rates shall be inclusive for fixing casing caping to surface with using PVC raw plugs and provision of PVC boards/terminal/junction boxes of any shape and size. Material and labour for providing point wiring by using cable of size 2.5 sq.mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated flame retardant un-sheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing capping as required at site but not less than 20 mm including suitable accessories and fittings/fixtures and PVC box as required at site for mounting switches, sockets, etc. for one socket outlet 3/6 pin 15 amps including 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded flame retardant copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity & connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for providing point wiring for controlled by one switch with using 1.50 sq.mm (nominal area), stranded copper conductor, FRLS single core PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed cable (Maintaining Colour Code) 1100 volts grade with and including rigid PVC conduit (size of conduit as required at site but not less than 20mm) of suitable size including PVC accessories / fittings and fixtures concealed in wall with using new sunken type pressed steel box of adequate size, terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 sq.mm (nominal area), stranded copper conductor, single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and connecting upto fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Two runs of single core 6.00 Sqmm multi stranded copper cable and one run of 6.00 Sqmm earth wire and one run of casing caping shall be measured as one run length (ii) Extra length of cable required for connection to DBs/MCBs shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor against the item (iii) Earth wire run inside the casing capping.

Supply & fix Prewired Distribution Board factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 IK 09 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 Volts 8 way (2 + 6 way) single pole and neutral link complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix Prewired Distribution Board factory made sheet metal enclosure double door distribution board class IP-43 IK 09 with 200 Amp rated copper bus bar 240 Volts 4 way (2 + 2 way) single pole and neutral link complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable bulk head and supply and fix 10 watt LED Bulk head fitting in engineering plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser. Make : Crompton or equivalent in Havells/Syska/Philips/Bajaj complete with all accessories and connecting up complete with 3 core flexible cable white of size 23/0.0076 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable Switch fuse unit and supply and fixing switch fuse unit 32 Amp single pole and neutral switch fuse unit with rewirable porcelein fuse unit with side handle and in sheet inclosure all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
