Demolition of concrete in sunken floor incl removal of filling etc complete incl removal of demolished material to a distance as specified.

M&L for plaster/bedding layer in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick on floor/vertical surfaces of sunken slabs and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement but using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. After the plaster is cured and dried up apply a uniform coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.70 Kg/sqm over plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for plain cement concrete, Type E2 (1:5:10) mix (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) for filling in sunken floor and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
