Excavation over area, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding.1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding. 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above from the starting point, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, brought upto course, well bounded bedded and solid hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC bond stone in lieu of stone bond stones shall be measured and paid separately

Providing precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. including use of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting in cement mortar(1:6) complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and similar works etc; including weathereing slightly rounded or chamfered angles including use of necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm dia, type 'B', ISI marked, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to retaining wall and security wall for weep holes, complete all as specifed and directed.

Hand packing (any thickness) with broken stone or boulders of guage exceeding 80mm but not exceeding 150mm, dry, as back filling of retaining wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter, rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specifed and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified.

RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specifed and directed.

RCC (M-25) (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed.

RCC (M-25) (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 18 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid & separately as supply only)

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on other than fair faces of brick wall surfaces, including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid & separately as supply only)

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.), hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

600mm dia GI concertina coil (silver colour) securing or type on angle iron Y shape including provision of mild steel wire stapples or steel pins etc, conforming to IS:513 & IS:4454, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
