Taking out split type air conditioners indoor and out door units complete for repair/ servicing and overhauling of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR of any make/type after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection, removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda/cleaning chemical agents, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower etc and also connecting of refrigerant pipe, drain pipe and charging of refrigerant gas and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spares will be measured and paid separately (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately.

M&L hermetically sealed compressor of split type air conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing and also removing old unserviceable compressor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Voltas/Hitachi/Tecumseh/Kirloskar/LG/Blue Star Note: The compressor of split type air conditioner shall be suitable for any type of AC (i.e. inverter AC/Normal AC) and cost to be includes in quoted rates of items.

All as per item No 02 above here-in-before but 2.0 TR.

Supply and fix MS wall bracket suitable for fixing of out door unit of split type Air Conditioner with necessary nuts, bolts & washers and removing old unserviceable items and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L leak testing the complete gas circulating system with dry nitrogen & evacuate and rectifying/arresting leakage by cutting, soldering,flaring work with nut, jointing of refrigerant tubing and charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure in split type air conditioner upto 2 TR capacity and testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- Refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas (R-134a ) suitable for Refrigerators/water coolers and Deep freezers complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mafron or equivalent makes as approved by the GE. Note :- Charging of refrigerant shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only universal strainer air filters cum dryer suitable for Split Air conditioners of capacity up to 2 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sensor unit PCB board from indoor unit of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and checking the electronic circuit and rectifying the defects by replacing the defective components with new ones and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of sensor unit PCB board for indoor unit of inverter split type AC/Normal AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity to be includes in quoted rates of item.

Removing the old unserviceable swing motor of any type and supply and fix new swing motor of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity split type ACs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down perished unserviceable insulation cover of refrigerent piping and supply and fix thermo rexine tape including brutile rubber insulation for refrigerent pipings of suitable size.

Material and labour for 20 mm Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure 6kgf/sqcm fixed complete on walls, ceilings including all accessories complete. (Drain pipe )

Taking out the old unserviceable capillary tube 0.064 inch and supply and fix new capillary tube with strainer for the split type ACs 1.5/2 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the old unserviceable copper tubing and supply and fix copper tube of size 3/8"/5/8"/1/4"/1/2" dia including necessary soldering, flaring work and jointing testing complete all as directed

Removing the old unserviceable copper cable after disconnecting electrical connections and supply and fix PVC insulated, sheathed , multistandard,1100 volts grade copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm;3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only new hand remote control of existing make suitable for 1.5/2 TR split type AC including 2 Nos batteries of suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling indoor and outdoor units of split type air conditioner of any capacity after pumping down the gas,disconnecting electric connections without any damage to existing system, reinstalling of indoor and outdoor units in new locations complete with brackets and civil works (making holes in wall) as required, assembling of indoor & outdoor units including connection of suction and discharge pipes and testing etc with topping up refrigerant gas as required to maintain the pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spray painting to water coolers upto 150 ltr capacity of any type /make with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer after removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces and including removing dents complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hermetically sealed compressor for water cooler 40/80 litres capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing, also including removing the old unserviceable compressor complete all as specified and directed.
